The Tourism Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The exhibition, jointly organized by the TÜRKTAV Foundation and the Heritage Turquoise organization, was attended by the Consul General of the Republic of Turkey in Samarkand Dr. Salih Janer, Vice-Rector of the Silk Road International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage Dilmurod Nasimov, as well as guests from countries such as Italy, Estonia, Croatia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, artists and academics from the Turkic world.

This exhibition aims to express in the language of art the interrelationship of cultures, national art and historical heritage formed along the Silk Road, harmoniously combining unique colors, patterns and traditions of fine art of different nations. The exhibition aroused not only aesthetic pleasure among the guests, but also a deep interest in the cultural community and historical roots.

After the event, the works presented at the exhibition will be donated to the Art Station gallery and included in the permanent collection.
