In preparation for the festival, which annually attracts thousands of tourists not only from our country but also from abroad, more than 100 million flowers were planted in the city, including 45 million on the streets and alleys, and 65 million in the Babur, Afsona and New Uzbekistan parks.

The holiday will begin with a traditional car parade. More than 200 cars of various brands, decorated with fresh flowers, will travel over 10 kilometers along the main streets of the city from the Namangan International Airport to the Zakhiriddin Muhammad Babur Culture and Recreation Park.

In the Zakhiriddin Muhammad Babur Culture and Recreation Park, festival guests will be presented with various compositions, design solutions and decorations made of fresh flowers, created by foreign and local participants, at special sites. Each flower arrangement not only gives beauty and aesthetic pleasure, but also carries a symbolic meaning, reflecting the uniqueness and cultural appearance of the region.

During the festival, more than 100 cultural events will be held, including concerts with world and national pop stars, Fashion Week 2025, international and local sports competitions, conferences and seminars, performances and circus shows for adults and children, international exhibitions of handicrafts, comedy evenings, gastronomic tourism events "World Cuisine in Namangan", "Lavender Festival" and a drone show.
