We urge all citizens and guests of our country to take an active part in the events organized in connection with this great date, especially to visit museums operating in order to preserve the memory of the history of the Motherland and national heritage, honoring the memory of great ancestors.
Museums are open May 9-10-11:
• The State Museum of Memory of Victims of Repression (from 10:00 to 17:00) - one of the important cultural and educational centers covering the history of Uzbekistan. This museum was created to perpetuate the memory of the victims of political repression, study their lives and work, and teach history lessons to the younger generation (http://muzey-xotira.uz/).
• Victory Park and the Museum of Glory (from 09:00 to 18:00) - you can get acquainted with the exploits of Uzbeks in World War II, military orders and medals, stories about soldiers (https://shon-sharaf.uz/oz).
• The State Museum of the Temurid History (from 10:00 to 18:00) - Although the main theme is the Timurid era, there are also separate exhibits reflecting the spirit of national heroism (https://temurid.uz/boglanish/).
