The international gastronomic festival "99 Aral Fish Dishes" took place

As part of the International Aral Tourism Week, held in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the international gastronomic festival “99 Aral Fish Dishes” was held in the city of Nukus.
The event included master classes by local chefs on preparing fish dishes. A competition between chefs also took place. About 100 fish dishes were presented to the festival participants and jury members.
In addition to the presentation of dishes, exhibitions of local craftsmen's products were presented. A concert program was also organized with the participation of national pop and folklore performers, a national dance ensemble, and other entertainment events were held.
Following the festival, the winners and prize winners who competed in preparing fish dishes typical for the residents of the Aral Sea region were awarded valuable prizes.
