In particular, she got acquainted with the tourism opportunities of the Jizzakh region, which received more than 78 thousand foreign tourists in the first quarter of 2025.
An agreement was reached to develop special approaches to the widespread promotion of the tourism potential of the Jizzakh region in the British market to increase the flow of foreign tourists to the region.
In addition, as a result of the correct promotion of new tourist destinations created in the region, projects will be implemented to further increase the number of local tourists, whose number in the first quarter amounted to 409 thousand people who visited the region.
