Uzbekistan wins awards at international tourism film festival in Japan

Uzbekistan took part in the CIFFT Circuit 2025 international tourism film festival series for the first time and immediately achieved significant success. The first stage of the festival was held in the Japanese city of Maniwa.
The CIFFT Circuit festival is a global competition that recognizes the best video works in the field of tourism cinema.
Uzbekistan presented several works at the festival, created in collaboration with the British studio Dars Films. The presentation video about the Fergana region received a special award for the best presentation of the destination. The film “Autumn in Uzbekistan” took second place in the “Tourism Destinations Countries Category”, and the video “UNWTO in Samarkand” took Silver Award in the “Asia” nomination.
A total of 1,132 applications were submitted to the festival, which brings together filmmakers and tourism specialists. The CIFFT Circuit 2025 festival series will last until November.
