Tourism Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan

During the meeting, the parties reviewed a number of practical initiatives designed to modernize Uzbekistan's tourism infrastructure and elevate it to a new level of development.

Special attention was given to attracting investors for the construction of modern cable car systems in the country's mountainous regions, as well as to fostering cooperation with experts who have extensive experience in implementing such projects.

The discussions also covered the broader involvement of Chinese experts in the activities of the Project Offices under the Tourism Committee, including the development of master plans, effective investment management, the introduction of BIM and GIS digital technologies, the implementation of international tourism standards, and cooperation in the field of technical expertise.

In addition, the parties reached an agreement to launch joint education and professional development programs for Project Office staff. These programs will focus on modern project management, tourism infrastructure planning, investment attraction, and the adoption of international best practices.
