The event was attended by representatives of ministries and agencies, as well as around 180 representatives of hotels and other accommodation facilities, along with restaurants and cafés. This meeting became an important platform for discussing current issues in the hotel and public catering sectors—one of the key segments of tourism services.
During the meeting, participants extensively discussed issues related to bringing service quality up to international standards, improving conditions for guests, introducing digital technologies, and enhancing staff qualifications.
Special attention was given to the role of service culture in attracting tourists, modernizing hotel infrastructure, improving online booking systems, and creating a comfortable environment for foreign visitors.
Participants were also able to directly address their questions to representatives of relevant organizations, which further increased the practical value of the dialogue and allowed for the swift consideration of existing issues.
As part of the event, a number of initiatives were put forward aimed at developing tourism infrastructure, attracting new investment projects, and improving service culture. Following the open dialogue, specific measures were identified to strengthen cooperation between the public and private sectors, systematically address industry challenges, and enhance the quality of services.
