Uzbekistan’s tourism potential showcased in major cities of Germany

This project was implemented through cooperation between the Tourism Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Germany.
Short promotional videos were broadcast for one week on nine screens in Berlin with a frequency of 360–720 showings per day, on ten screens in Düsseldorf, as well as in the cities of Munich and Stuttgart, with one screen in each city where the videos were shown for two days at a rate of 360 times per day.
It is well known that German citizens make up a significant share of European tourists visiting Uzbekistan. It is noted that the interest of leading European travel companies and tour operators in Uzbekistan has been steadily increasing year by year.
According to experts, this advertising campaign attracts the attention not only of local residents but also of numerous visitors from different countries. Moreover, during this period German tourists actively plan their trips for the coming year, which significantly increases the effectiveness of this initiative.
Given that Germany is visited by a large number of guests from around the world ahead of the New Year, it is expected that the videos showcasing Uzbekistan’s tourism potential will attract the attention not only of German citizens but also of foreign tourists, encouraging them to choose Uzbekistan as a destination for future travel.
