New opportunities for entrepreneurs in the tourism sector: customs benefits introduced until 2030

This decree aims to develop tourism infrastructure, particularly through the construction of hotels and the improvement of service quality in accordance with international standards.
According to the decree, until January 1, 2030, entrepreneurs who begin constructing a hotel under a brand included in the Top 50 ranking by “Brand Finance” will be granted customs benefits.
In particular, the following goods imported in compliance with the requirements of these brands are exempt from customs duties:
- equipment,
- machinery and vehicles,
- furniture,
- inventory and fittings.
These measures are expected to contribute to the growth of hotels that meet advanced international standards.
