The “Delicious Uzbekistan” festival brings together tourism and gastronomy at the TITF

The event is organized by the Tourism Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan in cooperation with the Chefs Association of Uzbekistan. It aims to increase tourist flows and expand the range of tourism services in the country.
The festival is one of the largest gastronomic events of the year, bringing together professionals and guests from more than 30 countries, including Switzerland, France, Azerbaijan, Italy, Germany, Turkey, and others.
The Chefs’ Championship is held in accordance with the standards of the World Association of Chefs’ Societies (WACS). Participants from Uzbekistan and abroad will showcase their skills in 12 competition categories — from modern culinary solutions and national cuisine to baking and show desserts.
The three-day program includes master classes, tastings, gastro exhibitions, and a contest among young chefs, where participants will present modern interpretations of traditional dishes.
Such events contribute to the development of gastro-tourism, strengthen Uzbekistan’s image as a country with a rich culinary culture, and open new opportunities for professional exchange and cooperation in the fields of tourism and gastronomy.
