In October 2025, the republic welcomed 1.17 million foreign tourists — a 13.2% increase compared to the same period last year.

The steady growth of inbound tourism is driven by the simplification of visa procedures, the expansion of direct flight routes, and the active promotion of the country’s tourism potential on the international stage.
Samarkand, Bukhara, and Khiva remain the most popular destinations for travelers, but interest in eco-tourism and gastronomic tourism has grown noticeably — an increasing number of visitors are choosing trips to the Fergana Valley and the southern regions of the country.
Since the beginning of the year, Uzbekistan has already been visited by more than 9.7 million foreign citizens.
