In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-347 dated November 19, 2025 “On measures to organize the activities of the National Committee for Sustainable Development of Urbanization and Housing Market of the Republic of Uzbekistan”, the organizational subordination of the Cadastre Agency under the Ministry of Economy and Finance was changed and transferred to the subordination of the National Committee for Sustainable Development of Urbanization and Housing Market.
The main areas of activity of the Agency are geodesy and cartography, state cadastre maintenance, state registration of rights to real estate, and ensuring state land, cadastral and geodetic control.
More than 8,000 people work in our field. There are 8 departmental affiliated subordinate organizations, including the Chamber of State Cadastres, the Republican Center for Aerogeodesy, the State Cartography and Geodesy Fund, the State Scientific Production Enterprise "Cartography", "Geoinnovation Center" SE, "Center for the Introduction and Development of Computerization and Geoinformation Technologies" SE, the National Center for Mass Valuation of Real Estate, "Center for Retraining and Advanced Training of Personnel in the Field of Spatial Information Infrastructure, Geodesy, and Cadastre" SE. In addition, there are regional departments of the Agency in each region.
Speaking of public services, today the Cadastre Agency mainly provides 11 types of public services:
State registration of real estate rights;
Preparation of cadastral passports for real estate objects;
State registration of lease agreements for buildings and structures;
State registration of easement agreements;
State registration of mortgage and mortgage agreements;
Provision of information on the presence (absence) of housing in the property;
Provision of information on the area of housing;
Assignment, change and termination of addresses of real estate objects;
Licensing of geodetic and cartographic activities;
Acceptance for use of buildings and structures completed with construction (reconstruction).
Provision of information on real estate;
All of the above services are provided through State Service Centers and the Unified Interactive State Services Portal (UISP).
