President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, during a presentation (link), outlined future plans for land accounting and cadastral services.
By the end of the year, 400,000 individual houses will be added to the UZKAD system.
In the future, over 6.3 million homes will be reflected in the digital cadastral system.
This will simplify processes such as:
-
Selling property,
-
Renting,
-
Inheritance,
-
Mortgage registration.
The discrepancy between cadastral and market values has been causing legal and economic issues.
Therefore, according to the Presidential Decree of March 5:
-
A system of mass property valuation is being introduced.
-
A National Center for Mass Property Valuation has been established.
-
40 billion soums have been allocated to the center, and qualified specialists have been recruited.
Valuation work will be carried out:
-
In 2025 — in Tashkent city,
-
In subsequent years — gradually in Nukus, regional centers, and other areas.
The President emphasized:
"Cadastral data is a key source for economic planning. Services must be integrated, accurate, and free from bureaucracy!" — Sh. Mirziyoyev
Creating convenience for entrepreneurs and improving service quality have been set as primary goals.
