Djizak regional administration

Thanks to the attention paid in our country to the development of agriculture, the opportunities in this sphere are expanding. Agricultural centers are being established in the regions, with their assistance farmers and dekhkans are receiving complex services.

Such center has started its operations in Sharaf Rashidov district of Jizzakh region.

The center offers such services as laboratory for plant protection, veterinary pharmacy, agronomist consultations, supply of seeds and seedlings, construction of greenhouses in households, sale of mini-equipment and its service maintenance. 

All agricultural services are organized here based on a “single window” principle. On the first floor of the center, which occupies an area of one hectare, there are stores for plant protection products and seeds, a veterinary pharmacy, an agro-market, facilities for mobile teams, and eight other service rooms.

The plant protection laboratory is located on the second floor. In addition, a room for soil and water analysis has been organized here, along with offices for entomology and phytopathology.

The complex also houses the regional department of agriculture, branches of the Agency for Agro-Industrial Development, the Agro-Inspection, the Seed Production Center, the Karakul Breeding Association, as well as other organizations serving the agricultural sector.

The Head of our state reviewed the activities of the agro-center and provided recommendations for further expanding its operations, broadening the range of services offered, and creating added value in agriculture.
