The parties discussed a promising project planned for implementation within the framework of mutual agreements — the production of biochar (special charcoal) through the processing of cotton stalks. The mechanisms for its implementation, raw material supply, and the establishment of effective cooperation with farmers were thoroughly reviewed.
Company representatives stated that the project documentation has been fully prepared and that construction and installation works are scheduled to begin in the coming days. It was noted that new jobs will be created within the framework of the project.
The Regional Governor emphasized the project’s high economic and environmental significance and expressed readiness to provide the necessary organizational and practical support for its successful implementation.
At the conclusion of the meeting, specific joint tasks were identified for the phased launch of the project.
