The regional governor, Khairullo Bozorov, visited the homes of young families living in difficult conditions in the city of Kokand, listened to their problems, and examined the living conditions of youth under guardianship.
In the Degrezli neighborhood, Ulmasjon Umarov lives with his three children. The governor personally inspected his living conditions and gave instructions to the responsible authorities to assist in finding sources of income and improving the family’s living standards.
Next, the governor visited the home of Rinat Matgaziyev, a youth under guardianship in the Raihon neighborhood. Measures were determined to support the family, provide employment, and offer financial assistance.
Additionally, the governor held a meeting with the members of the “Mahalla Seven.” He inquired about ongoing work to reduce poverty, ensure employment, provide social protection and support to citizens, prevent crime, work with youth, and develop entrepreneurship.
During the review, it was found that the activities of the “Mahalla Seven” were unsatisfactory. Consequently, a regional working group was formed, and responsible officials were instructed to conduct further study in the neighborhood.
The regional leader emphasized that only through the dedicated work of neighborhood officials can problems be effectively resolved. Citizens’ appeals were also heard at the neighborhood building, and solutions to the issues were determined with the participation of the responsible authorities.
