Within the system of the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the implementation of the state youth policy is carried out in accordance with the Presidential Decree No. PF-5106 dated July 5, 2017, “On Increasing the Effectiveness of the State Youth Policy and Supporting the Activities of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan.”

To improve the effectiveness of youth engagement, the State Environmental Expertise Center has introduced the “Mentor–Apprentice” tradition. Under this initiative, experienced specialists pass on practical knowledge and skills to young professionals in areas such as environmental assessment, project documentation expertise, and the application of international environmental standards.

To promote a healthy lifestyle among young people, regular sports tournaments in mini-football, chess, checkers, and table tennis are held. Sports halls operate at the Center and its regional branches.

In addition, young employees of the Center actively participate in the intellectual game “Zakovat,” held among organizations within the Ministry of Ecology system. These competitions help deepen knowledge in the fields of ecology and environmental protection, while also developing teamwork skills and quick decision-making abilities.

As part of the promotion of domestic tourism, a trip to the Samarkand region was organized, during which young participants visited historical landmarks and environmentally significant sites. Such initiatives contribute to the development of environmental thinking, the strengthening of patriotism, and the cultivation of a collective culture among youth.

The Center also collaborates with the Youth Union of Uzbekistan, the Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment, and civil society institutions to conduct various spiritual and educational events, round tables, and seminars.

The State Environmental Expertise Center continues its consistent efforts to support young people and ensure their professional, intellectual, and spiritual development.
