Qualification Requirements

The candidate must:

* hold a higher education degree, at least at the bachelor’s level;
* have at least 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of experience in a managerial position;
* be proficient in the state language;
* possess skills in strategic planning, data collection and analysis, and preparation of analytical reports and recommendations;
* have a thorough knowledge of legislation and regulations related to poverty reduction, employment, and entrepreneurship development;
* demonstrate advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
* possess practical skills in using social media platforms;
* be a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan and have no criminal record;
* demonstrate responsibility, initiative, diligence, leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to communicate ideas clearly, fluently, and effectively.

Preference will be given to candidates who:

* hold a master’s degree, academic degree, or academic title;
* hold an internationally recognized certificate confirming proficiency in a foreign language other than Russian.

Job Responsibilities

Perform the assigned duties and functional responsibilities in accordance with applicable legislation and the organization’s internal regulations.

Working days: Monday–Friday
Working hours: 09:00–18:00
