Go to my.mehnat.uz and check that your previous and current workplaces have been entered.

If the information is missing, it means the employer has not entered your data into the Unified National Labor System.

This may later negatively affect your pension, length of service, and salary.

There is a solution: you can demand that the data be entered into the system or have it formalized in the proper manner.
