Does an Employee Have the Right to Request Changes to Working Conditions?

In cases established by labor legislation, other legal acts, or the employment contract, an employee who continues to work has the right to request that the employer change the terms of employment.
The employer must review such a request within 3 working days from the date the employee submits a written application.
If the request is rejected, the employer must justify the decision in writing.
Even if the reasons for refusal are not stated in writing, this does not limit the employee’s right to file a complaint.
For example:
🔹changing working hours or work schedule;
🔹requesting a transfer to another workplace;
🔹requesting a review of terms related to salary, etc.
