Khokims’ Assistants to Receive Financial Incentives
2026-10-20 10:00:00 / News of ministry
Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 557 of October 9, 2026, established the procedure for financial incentives for khokims’ assistants involved in the business registration (census) exercise.
Under the resolution, once full coverage of economic units in their assigned area is ensured, enumerators will receive a one-time incentive payment from the funds of the project involving the World Bank.
Payments for each completed and accepted questionnaire are set as follows:
🔹 for an officially operating economic unit — 0.45% of the minimum wage, i.e., 6,120 soums;
🔹 for an economic unit operating without state registration — 0.6%, i.e., 8,160 soums.
The calculations are based on the minimum wage of 1,360,000 soums, effective September 1, 2026.
What else is important to know?
➡️ Employees involved in the exercise keep their main place of work, position, and monthly salary.
➡️ If another employee is brought in to replace an enumerator due to unforeseen circumstances, they will also be compensated in the established manner.
➡️ One-time incentive payments are made by the National Statistics Committee.
Self-employed persons take part in business registration online. Therefore, no incentive payment is calculated for khokims’ assistants for them.
The main condition for receiving payment is completing the questionnaires fully and to a high standard in line with the established requirements, ensuring they are accepted, and achieving full coverage of the economic units in the assigned area.
