In Andijan, 3,000 women who wish to work are currently occupied with childcare. It was noted that enrolling their children in kindergartens would create the conditions for their return to the labor market.

Preschool education coverage in the region has reached 86%. Entrepreneurs have expressed readiness to open another 134 family-run kindergartens.

Officials have been tasked with finalizing the relevant agreements for these kindergartens within ten days.

Overall, a dedicated fund will be established in Andijan to ensure women's employment, with 20 million dollars allocated to it.
