Announcement on the Transfer of Day Labor Center Buildings in the Cities of Karshi and Shakhrisabz, Kashkadarya Region, to Business Entities

In order to provide vocational training for unemployed residents, increase their competitiveness in the labor market, and ensure sustainable employment, it is planned to establish new service facilities and vocational training centers, with the involvement of the private sector, based on the existing underutilized buildings and structures of day labor centers.

This initiative covers the following main areas:

· training unemployed and low-income residents in professions in high demand in the labor market;
· facilitating employment through retraining and skills upgrading;
· making effective use of existing infrastructure through public-private partnership mechanisms;
· creating new jobs in the regions and expanding the range of services;
· organizing vocational education services based on the needs of the local labor market.

The following are invited to cooperate in this direction:

· business entities,
· private education and training centers,
· legal entities and individuals operating in the service sector,
· investors and initiators.

As part of the cooperation, the following matters will be considered:

• effective utilization of the buildings and structures,
• organizing vocational training courses,
• creating jobs,
• establishing service delivery activities.

Interested individuals and organizations may submit their proposals and initiatives in the established manner.

This project serves to increase residents' sources of income, ensure social stability, and support the comprehensive development of the regions.
