It has been announced that the practice of setting credit, subsidy, and compensation terms through decrees and resolutions will be discontinued.
The Ministry of Economy and the Central Bank will now update financing mechanisms quarterly, based on the potential of the regions.
District headquarters will transfer khokims' assistants in mahallas to a "project manager" ("loyihabay") work system.
To this end, khokims' assistants in 8,992 mahallas will be appointed as acting officials; dedicated and proactive personnel will be reappointed to their positions, while those unfit for the role will be replaced.
