For employees exposed to harmful and hazardous production factors, reduced working hours not exceeding 36 hours per week are established.

The length of the daily shift for employees working in hazardous conditions is also limited:

🔹 for a 6-day work week — up to 6 hours
🔹 for a 5-day work week — up to 7 hours 30 minutes

If the work week is 30 hours:
🔹 for a 6-day week — up to 5 hours
🔹 for a 5-day week — up to 6 hours

If the work week is 24 hours:
🔹 for a 6-day week — up to 4 hours
🔹 for a 5-day week — up to 5 hours

Employees working in particularly harmful and particularly hazardous conditions are prohibited from being assigned overtime work.
