The settlement includes payment to the employee of:
- any unpaid wages owed in full;
- compensation for all unused basic and additional leave;
- other payments, if such payments are provided for under labor legislation, other legal acts on labor, or the employment contract.
Payment of all amounts owed to the employee by the employer is made on the day the employment contract is terminated.
If the employee did not work on the day the employment contract was terminated, the corresponding amounts must be paid no later than three days after the employee submits a request for settlement.
