LLC “Center for Project Management in the Sphere of Poverty and Labor” announces a tender for the provision of consulting, advisory, and training services to employees with the involvement of highly qualified foreign specialists under a project for growing rose buds under greenhouse conditions on a 7.89-hectare open site located in the Pakhtaobod mahalla, Kuva District, Fergana Region.
Purpose of the tender
The main purpose of the tender is to train managers and specialists working in rose cultivation in modern rose-bud growing technologies, efficient greenhouse management, irrigation and fertigation systems, greenhouse climate control, plant protection, product quality improvement, and production efficiency, as well as to strengthen their practical skills.
Eligibility requirements
The tender is open to local and foreign legal entities with relevant experience and qualifications in rose-bud cultivation, modern greenhouse technologies, agrotechnology consulting, advisory, and training services.
Participants shall submit technical and commercial proposals within the prescribed deadline in accordance with the qualification and technical requirements set out in the tender documentation.
Tender proposals will be evaluated against technical, professional, and financial criteria using a 100-point system.
The tender winner shall be the participant achieving the highest overall score among those fully complying with the requirements of the tender documentation.

4 September 2026, by 18:00.
