An Employee's Life and Health — Protected!
2026-08-25 09:00:00 / News of ministry
An employer must not hire an employee for, or transfer an employee to, work that could harm their health.
If the work is hazardous, the employee is warned about it in advance.
If a threat to the employee's life or health arises during the work process, the employee has the right to refuse to perform such work. Until the threat is eliminated, the employee retains their average wage even if they do not perform the work. Learn more
