Protection of Employees' Personal Data

Under Article 178 of the Labor Code, an employer may store and use employee data only on the basis of law.
Employers are required to strictly observe the following:
✔️not disclose employee data to third parties without the employee's consent;
✔️not use such data for commercial purposes;
✔️grant access only to authorized persons;
✔️request health-related information only to the extent relevant to the job;
✔️provide employee representatives only with necessary information.
These rules serve to protect the confidentiality and rights of employees.
