Incentives take into account:

✔️fulfillment and overfulfillment of the most important performance indicators based on monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual results;
✔️completion of particularly important tasks;
✔️high results achieved in performance, and the complexity and importance of assigned duties;
✔️holidays, anniversaries, commemorative dates, and retirement.
