What benefits apply to annual leave for pregnant women and employees with family responsibilities?

Under the law:
A pregnant woman may take her annual leave at her own discretion — either before or after maternity leave. Recalling a pregnant woman from annual leave is not permitted.
An employee on childcare leave is granted annual leave, at their discretion, either before or after the childcare leave.
For working men, during their wife's pregnancy and maternity leave, annual leave is granted:
☑️in the first year of employment — regardless of the length of service worked;
☑️in subsequent years — regardless of the leave schedule.
