In accordance with the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan
"On measures for the further support of the poultry sector, the introduction of modern genetic technologies, and the cooperation system" dated June 27, 2024, No. PP–238, the proposals of the “Parrandasanoat” Association and JSCB “Microcreditbank” have been approved regarding:
the implementation in the republic of “ready-made business” projects (hereinafter referred to as “ready-made business” projects) in the field of poultry farming, including those specializing in the production of poultry products
under the cooperation system;
the development, financing, and implementation of “ready-made business” projects by LLC “Parranda Investment,” whose founder is the “Parrandasanoat” Association.
In this regard:
loans for financing all expenses related to “ready-made business” projects in the field of poultry farming (preparation of project-estimate documentation, its examination, and others) are allocated at an annual interest rate of 14 percent, based on an insurance policy, with the condition of phased pledging of the investment project in the future in proportion to the project timelines;
expenses related to insurance against the risk of loan non-repayment within the framework of these projects are covered by the funds of these loans.
Furthermore, in accordance with the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan
"On measures to ensure employment of the population and reduce poverty in 2025", the proposal of the Ministry of Employment, the Veterinary Committee, the “Parrandasanoat” Association, and JSCB “Microcreditbank” has been approved
on the implementation of “ready-made business” projects by LLC “Parranda Investment” in the Namangan, Tashkent, Khorezm, and other regions during 2025–2026.
Taking the above into consideration, there is a need to receive a commercial offer for the provision of services for the development of environmental impact statement projects and wells (a total of 40 points) to determine the service provider for the “ready-made business” project in the Khorezm region.
Based on the above, in order to lawfully and correctly determine the services for the development of environmental impact statement projects and the provision of these services for the “ready-made business” project in the Khorezm region, we request that you submit an appropriate commercial offer and the cost of services within 5 days to the email address of LLC “Parranda Investment”:

The main area of activity will be directed toward the development of environmental impact statement projects and wells under the project in the Khorezm region, which includes:
a) construction of 31 sites for raising final hybrid poultry;
b) a slaughterhouse with a capacity of 6,000 birds per hour and poultry meat processing of 60–70 thousand tons per year;
c) a hatchery with a capacity of 2.5 million heads per cycle;
d) 6 parent stock sites with an annual capacity of 240 thousand heads;
e) a feed mill with a capacity of 120 thousand tons per year.
It should be noted that special attention will be paid to the cost of services when selecting candidates.
