The Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the implementation of the “Livestock Value Chain Development Project.” A portion of this financing will be used for payments under the contract specified above. Bidding is open to eligible bidders from member countries of ADB.
The Project Implementation Group (PIG), operating under the Committee for Veterinary and Livestock Development and involved in the ADB-supported "Livestock Value Chain Development Project" (the "Purchaser"), invites eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for the supply of the following goods:

Lot 1: Laboratory Equipment

Lot 2: Laboratory Consumables and Instruments

Lot 3: Laboratory Furniture
Bidders may submit proposals for any or all of the lots. Each lot will be evaluated separately. If a bidder intends to offer discounts in the event of being awarded more than one contract, such discounts must be clearly stated in the "Bid Submission Sheet." Proposals for each lot must cover all items within that lot. Offers will be evaluated, and contracts awarded separately for each lot.
The bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding (International Advertisement) following ADB’s One-Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all eligible bidders as described in the bidding documents.
Only eligible bidders who meet the following main qualification requirements may participate in this tender:

Additional qualification requirements include:
(a) Eligibility,
(b) Experience and technical capacity,
(c) Financial standing,
(d) Compliance of the proposed goods with current requirements and technical specifications.
Bids not containing this information may be rejected. No domestic preference will be applied in bid evaluation, as stated in the bidding documents. Additional information is provided in the bidding documents.
