The Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, represented by its working body — the Committee for Veterinary and Livestock Development, announces a tender for the procurement of veterinary drugs for anti-epizootic measures in 2026.

Both foreign manufacturers and suppliers, as well as domestic manufacturers (suppliers), including small business entities that meet the established requirements, are eligible to participate in the tender.

4. Qualification requirements for participants:

Within the framework of the tender, the tender committee will conduct a qualification selection of participants. The requirements are as follows:

• not being in the process of reorganization, liquidation, or insolvency;
• having no outstanding tax or other mandatory payment liabilities;
• submitting all required documents within the established deadlines;
• no improper fulfillment of obligations under previously concluded contracts;
• not being included in the Unified Register of Unscrupulous Contractors;
• not being involved in court or arbitration proceedings with the contracting authority;
• not being registered in offshore jurisdictions and having no bank accounts in offshore zones.

5. Delivery terms:

• For foreign suppliers: CIP Tashkent (in accordance with Incoterms 2020);
• For local suppliers: delivery to the buyer’s warehouse.

In accordance with the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 21, 2020, No. PP-4812, for goods not included in the list of foreign-origin goods subject to temporary restrictions, domestic products are granted a price preference of up to 15% (DDP Uzbekistan) when evaluating bids, in line with international practice.
