Services: documents, processing times and payment

These are nationwide public services; each official service card identifies the responsible authority. Information was checked on 27 October 2026.

Kindergarten placement application — 285: free; no separate documents required; electronic notification is generated automatically. Placement depends on the queue and available places.
Business registration — 57: initial registration in real time, within 30 minutes; founding documents and additional documents where applicable. The fee follows the service card tariff.
Certificate of narcological registration status — 338: automatic; no separate documents required; portal fee of 0.018 basic calculation units, equivalent to UZS 7,920 on the check date.
Residential cadastral passport and title registration — 939: proof of title required; passport processing up to 5 working days for an apartment or 8 for an individual house; title registration up to 2 working days. Cost depends on the property and applicable tariff.

Application and payment procedure

Open the official service card and complete the electronic application. For paid services, check the amount and payment details against the invoice generated by the portal. No single city administration bank account is specified for all services. The electronic application is not presented here as an approved paper form. Refer to the official card for precise document requirements, legal grounds and processing times.
