The main objectives of the event were to further promote respect for and appreciation of the state language, strengthen employees’ Uzbek-language writing skills, improve adherence to spelling rules, and raise awareness of the role of the mother tongue in society.
During the event, employees actively participated in the nationwide dictation, testing their knowledge and skills in Uzbek spelling, correct word usage, and the appropriate use of punctuation. The dictation provided participants with an opportunity to assess their literacy and strengthen their knowledge of their mother tongue.
Today, enhancing the status and prestige of the state language, expanding its use in public administration and everyday activities, and fostering a love for the mother tongue among the younger generation remain important priorities.
The event held at the Center also contributes to ensuring compliance with literary language standards in official documentation and promoting the effective use of the rich expressive capabilities of the Uzbek language. After all, cherishing, preserving, and developing our mother tongue is a sacred duty for each and every one of us.
