For information, in accordance with Resolution No. 234 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated May 11, 2026, a procedure has been established for accepting applications through the Unified Interactive Public Services Portal (UIEPSP) and issuing conclusions in electronic form.

The necessary technical arrangements have been completed to implement this procedure. The acceptance of applications and issuance of conclusions electronically through the UIEPSP were tested in a pilot mode. Following the successful completion of the testing process, applications for obtaining a state environmental expertise conclusion will be accepted exclusively through my.gov.uz.

Starting from this date, the acceptance of applications through the eco-service.uz website will be discontinued.

We kindly ask you to submit your applications through the my.gov.uz portal in accordance with the established procedure.
