A New Infrastructure Project Discussed in Khavas District

Public hearings were held in Khavas District, Syrdarya Region, regarding a project to construct electricity supply facilities for the poultry slaughtering and meat processing plant of Yashil Ferma LLC.
The public hearings, held at the Khavas District Hokimiyat building, addressed the detailed design for the construction of an electrical substation and power transmission line, as well as the draft Environmental Impact Statement.
During the hearings, participants expressed their views and made suggestions regarding the project’s potential environmental impact, compliance with environmental requirements, creating favorable conditions for local residents, and ensuring effective public oversight.
