Requirements for applicants:

-  A higher education diploma in a field related to ecology and environmental protection. These fields include biology, geology, hydrology, engineering, geodesy and cartography, as well as specializations in water resources, atmospheric air and subsoil protection. For persons who received their education abroad, a copy of the official document confirming recognition of the educational qualification is required;

-  At least 3 years of work experience in the field of ecology and environmental protection;

-  A copy of a certificate confirming completion of professional development courses.

Application review and examination procedure:

1. Within 10 working days of receiving the application, the authorized body decides whether to admit the applicant to the examination or refuse admission. Notification of the decision is sent within 3 working days.

2. The applicant is notified of the date, time and place of the examination at least 10 days before it is held.

3. After successfully passing the examination, the electronic certificate is issued within 4 working days.

Certificate validity period — 3 years.

Authorized body: National Committee for Ecology and Climate Change.

Service fee: 1 BHM (Basic Calculated Value).

A 10% discount is provided when the application is submitted through my.gov.uz. In this case, the fee is 0.9 BHM.

How to obtain the qualification certificate:

Log in to the my.gov.uz portal or the MyGov mobile application;

  Select the service “Obtaining a qualification certificate for developing project documentation for environmental expertise facilities”;

  Complete and submit the application form.
