Center for State Ecological Expertise

During the inspection carried out by a specialist of the Samarkand Regional Branch of the Center for State Environmental Expertise, the implementation of the environmental requirements and conditions stipulated in the state environmental expertise conclusion was examined.

According to the results of the monitoring, it was established that all requirements and conditions set out in the environmental expertise conclusion have been duly complied with and fulfilled.

In addition, the activities of the facility were inspected on site by the Samarkand City Inspectorate of the Samarkand Regional Department of Ecology and Climate Change. Based on the results of the inspection, a relevant act was drawn up, confirming compliance with environmental requirements and standards in the course of the facility’s operations, as well as the implementation of necessary measures aimed at environmental protection.

The facility has taken the necessary measures to protect ambient air, water resources, soil, flora and fauna. Household and medical waste are collected separately, temporarily stored, and transported for disposal in accordance with established procedures in cooperation with organizations holding the relevant licenses.
 

The facility has also ensured the management of wastewater in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, implemented measures to reduce dust and gas emissions, carried out landscaping and greening of the territory, preserved and protected existing trees and shrubs, and introduced organizational and technical measures aimed at reducing the negative impact on the natural environment.

Furthermore, it was established that the requirements of applicable environmental, sanitary and hygienic, urban planning, fire safety and other regulatory legal documents are being complied with during the construction and operation of the facility.
