Center for State Ecological Expertise

The course is intended for specialists involved in developing Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) materials and draft environmental standards.

As part of the training program, participants will enhance their knowledge in the areas of environmental reforms and current legislation, Environmental Impact Assessment, State Environmental Expertise, screening and scoping, Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA), air quality impact assessment, water resource protection, sustainable land management, protection of flora and fauna, waste management, environmental auditing, and other important areas.

The course will begin on August 17, 2026. The duration of the training is 1 month (144 hours). Upon completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate of advanced training in the prescribed format.

The following documents are required to participate in the course:

• Copy of passport (ID card);
• Copy of higher education diploma;
• Application;
• Two 3×4 cm photographs;
• Agreement for the provision of educational services.
