During the seminar, environmental experts are provided with detailed explanations of the new environmental impact assessment mechanisms introduced by the Resolution, the procedures for conducting environmental expertise, as well as modern approaches in this area.

Particular attention is being paid to the new procedures applied in the environmental impact assessment process, the criteria for reviewing and evaluating documentation, determining the degree of impact of economic activities on the environment, and assessing environmental risks.

In addition, participants are receiving relevant guidance on the responsibilities of environmental experts in implementing the new mechanisms in practice, ensuring a unified approach to the review of environmental expertise materials, and improving the transparency and efficiency of the environmental expertise process.

During the training seminar, specialists provide detailed answers to participants’ questions, while opinions and practical experience are exchanged on the application of the requirements of the Resolution. Practical recommendations are also provided on implementing the new procedures in the activities of territorial branches.
