Postal delivery fees forecological stickers provided to citizens are paid through the Traffic Safety Department (TSB) payment catalog available in Click, Payme, and other payment service applications. For user convenience and to maintain a unified payment mechanism, this payment is technically displayed in the administrative fines section.
At the same time, we emphasize that this does not indicate the existence of any violation or an actual fine imposed on the driver. This fee is charged solely to cover postal expenses related to the delivery of the environmental sticker and is not recorded as a fine or debt in the Road24 system or other information systems of the Traffic Safety Department.
This procedure has been introduced to simplify the payment process and to avoid creating additional inconvenience for users.
Currently, systematic work is underway in the my.gov.uz information system to further improve payment mechanisms and enhance the quality of public services. Information on upcoming updates will be provided additionally.
