It was noted that within this process, it is essential to analyze how well the current National Classification of Occupations covers newly emerging professions shaped by modern requirements. It was also emphasized that advanced international experience should be effectively utilized in improving this classification.
Additionally, the meeting addressed issues related to the timely and high-quality development of professional standards in accordance with the approved schedule for 2026. It was highlighted that strict adherence to deadlines is necessary, along with increasing the practical relevance of the standards being developed and ensuring their preparation in cooperation with industry experts and employers.
The meeting also discussed the development of a qualification handbook for positions in the field of education and science. It was noted that this document will help systematically define qualification requirements, functional responsibilities, as well as the necessary knowledge and skills for each position.
Furthermore, in order to effectively organize work in this area, it was decided to establish a working group consisting of relevant specialists and experts, and to structure its activities based on a clear plan.
