Based on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. O‘RQ-537 “On Public-Private Partnership” dated May 10, 2019, and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 720 “On measures for further improvement and comprehensive systematization of the public-private partnership sector” dated October 30, 2024, an initiative proposal, including the project concept, has been submitted by “ORIENT-IT” LLC for the establishment of the “E-IJOD” platform aimed at formalizing the income of artists, media personalities, participants in movable and immovable property rental activities, and other entities operating in the creative economy through a digital platform, introducing digital advertising labeling, and incorporating such income into the taxable base.

A request for expression of interest of applicants in participation in the tender and a tender proposal must be submitted by September 14, 2026, no later than 23:59 Tashkent time.

According to Article 17 of the Law “On Public-Private Partnership” if expressions of interest and tender proposals are received, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan will conduct a tender to determine the private partner with the participation of the project's private initiator and interested third parties.
