In order to further improve national legislation in accordance with ICAO Standards,
the CAA of Uzbekistan, based on the requirements of ICAO Annex 11, has duly registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan the regulation entitled “On Approval
of the Aviation Rules for Air Traffic Services in the Republic of Uzbekistan.”
In addition, the Aviation Rules for Aeronautical Charts of Civil Aviation of the Republic of Uzbekistan” and the “Aviation Rules for Aeronautical Information Services of Civil Aviation of the Republic of Uzbekistan” are approved by the Director of the CAA of Uzbekistan
as regulatory technical documents.
These measures are aimed at ensuring the full implementation of ICAO Standards
and Requirements in practice, as well as the continuous improvement of national regulatory documents through their regular review and assessment.
