The main goal of this initiative is timely response and the prevention of aviation accidents. Often, serious situations are preceded by minor incidents or hidden threats that go unnoticed. The new methodology allows for the early identification of these threats and the implementation of proactive measures before they lead to negative consequences.
The key principle is flight safety, not punishment. This system is created solely to enhance flight safety levels, not to find someone to blame. All provided information is strictly confidential, and personal data is not disclosed in reports. You can submit a report completely anonymously. The data received will be used exclusively for risk analysis and the improvement of aviation processes. No disciplinary or other penalties will follow as a result of voluntary reports.
Who can submit a report?
- Aviation industry employees: upon detecting procedural violations, equipment malfunctions,
or situations that could lead to an incident. - Passengers: who care about their own safety and the safety of others, and who have witnessed
a situation that raises safety concerns.
