Fergana regional administration

At a ceremony held today at the regional administration, Governor Khayrullo Bozorov warmly congratulated participants on Agricultural Workers’ Day and highlighted the significance of the broad reforms carried out in recent years across the agricultural sector. He noted that the wider introduction of scientific advances is steadily boosting yields and profitability, emphasizing that dedication, efficiency, and deep knowledge and experience play a decisive role.

The event recognized Fergana region’s strong achievements in agriculture, particularly its leading practices in cotton growing and grain production. Progress in processing, logistics, and export was underlined, with officials noting that agricultural products from the region are now exported to 67 countries and that international demand continues to rise year by year.

Governor Bozorov congratulated eight award recipients for their exemplary service, wishing them good health, success, and new accomplishments. The state awards were then presented in a formal ceremony.
