A pilot initiative will establish a dedicated “Tourism Street.” The plan calls for preparing heritage passports (documentation) for historical sites along the route, setting up hotels, service and visitor facilities, and locating artisan shops to strengthen the tourism offering.

Additional measures include upgrading tourism and public infrastructure, swiftly addressing transport and road issues, and conducting a comprehensive inventory of facilities.

The meeting also assessed underused buildings and structures and the execution of tasks in industry, entrepreneurship, and poverty reduction. It was noted that the city’s potential remains underutilized and that driver projects are not yet sufficiently developed; a set of priority actions was defined to address these gaps.
